Our size & production capabilities allow us flexibility in accommodating the changing needs of our customers. Employing the use of both steam jacketed and steam injected kettle cookers, Classic Foods is able to make a variety of products including soups, sauces and side dishes. The variety of kettles used in our facility can accommodate production runs of all sizes – from small test batches to full-day runs of multiple products. All products are packed in pouches using vertical form-fill-seal machines. This type of packaging allows Classic Foods offer a variety of pack sizes, ranging from 1 lb. to 8 lbs. Products are then quickly frozen to ensure quality and freshness are maintained.
